We want you to love your Litborne bag. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@litborne.com with photos. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you.
