CANCELLATION
We gladly accept cancellations. You must contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation. Once we have begun to process your order, it is not possible to cancel.
EXCHANGE
Please email cs@Litborne.com within 3 days of receiving your item(s) with your full name, order number, and state the reason for exchange, along with the alternate item(s) you would like instead.

Eligibility: To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Exemptions: Customized item(s) are exempt from being exchanged.

Shipping: Please note that we do not reimburse shipping costs for exchanges. We will send the exchanged item back to you at your cost within 3-5 business days.
RETURNS
Please email cs@Litborne.com within 7 days of receiving item(s) with your full name, order number, and state the reason for your refund.

Shipping Charges: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
