CANCELLATION

We gladly accept cancellations. You must contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation. Once we have begun to process your order, it is not possible to cancel.

EXCHANGE

Please email cs@Litborne.com within 3 days of receiving your item(s) with your full name, order number, and state the reason for exchange, along with the alternate item(s) you would like instead.

  • Please note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on SALE items.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Exemptions: Customized item(s) are exempt from being exchanged.

  • Shipping: Please note that we do not reimburse shipping costs for exchanges. We will send the exchanged item back to you at your cost within 3-5 business days.

RETURNS

Please email cs@Litborne.com within 7 days of receiving item(s) with your full name, order number, and state the reason for your refund.

  • Please note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on SALE items.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

  • Exemptions: Customized items are exempt from being returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable). You will be notified by email once the transaction has taken place.
